BHG was formed on August 23, 1995 by a group of venture capital investors. We are a fully private investment and holding company leveraging our strengths to generate superior market value. With this strategic global business approach, the BHG Group Investment & Holding Co businesses have achieved superior asset growth.

In just 25 years, BHG grew from a small venture capital company with a single office in New York to an international investment and holding company corporate headquartered in Chicago, Illinois USA with agents and offices in 46 countries. Celebrating our 25 years silver jubilee in 2020, we are planning to open a full-fledged African operation headquarters, and we look forward to our continued growth.
